My suggestion to stop such designs is that there should be no option to select a winner instantly. The client will have to select a maximum 3-6 designer as a finalist that's called final round or something like that and on final round submissions won't be hidden so that selected designer can see each other designs, If any designer using copied or generic design other designers will report that design. Most important:- when the design is reported an email/notification should be delivered to that designer who uses copied design, which states you have 12 hours to withdraw your entries or you can challenge this with an authentic source to prove that you are not using any copied stuff and if withdraw within 12 hours you won't face any consequences. In this way, there would be no involvement of the design hill support team all the thing will automatically sorted out. In this way the original work will always be awarded and we'll see the real competition. The contest time should be reduced to 3 days for qualifying round then 2 days for final round. These are my suggestions what you guys think about this and any additional things that we can request design hill to add please comments below.

Hello, I think that Few client go offline immediately after downloading the sourcefiles and not completed handover. In this situation, we have to wait for the 14 day's to complete handover process. If the client has an option to extend the handover period, then it is not advisable to keep this period for 14-days. It should be for two or three days only. If the client needs then he can increase the handover time limit. Anyway, most of the revision process has been done before the winner is declared. 14 days are not required for uploading files and downloading by client. If any revision is left and is going to be long, the customer can extend this period.

Add points system, based on the ranking assigned by the client, for non-winning designs and designers in contests. Designers with a certain amount of points can access pro contests. Not only the winners of a contest, something that is absolutely subjective are good. In the contests there are very good designs, many times higher than the one chosen by the client.

Dear designhill team please include finalist payment in contest. In some contest, contest holders worked with many designers and designers do lot's of changes but get nothing. I think it's good to add 3 finalist in contest. so if the contest holder want's work with the other designers he need to choose them finalist first.

When you go in to a contest it goes to the entries section rather than the design brief. Since contests are usually blind, there is no point for us to initially go to a screen full of blocked images, just take us straight to the brief

I won a bifold brochure contest and noticed something new. There are 4 folders, one for each page. Now i am required to upload 4 pages separately in ai, eps, psd, pdf, jpg, png. Why this? ai, eps and pdf are one file each... psd, jpg and png are two files each, one for each side... That is 9 files total which is already too much... They need only ai for future edits, pdf for print and jpg or png to look at. But now i am supposed to seperate each page and make 24 files? Why? What for? Who would even need these files like this? What can these files be used for? Please fix this, its ridiculous.

Hello DH community, I just wondering what will happen if CH using my idea and write it in announcement board to ask other designers to design the logo in specific ways? I honestly feels like don't want to do revisions even tho I'm the only highest rated among the others. Looking forward to see your opinions Kind Regards, J

While choosing from "All designs" to "Portfolio Designs" we should choose to select which of the designs should be added in the "Portfolio designs" from "All designs", without hitting "more"... confusing right?... in simple, if there is a dropdown menu with "Recent, monthly and yearly" we can able to select and add our favorite designs to the portfolio. Just a suggestion. Thank you
