Is there another way to get the client to complete the handover besides sending a message to the client and waiting for 14 days?

I have a client that I reminded to press the "release payment" button to complete the handover.

My design was approved after several revisions and I have sent the final files. Even my client have written testimonials for me but still, the handover process hasn't completed yet.

Wouldn't it be great if Designhill has the facility to remind the clients of their responsibility to the designers, since the prize for these designers would take longer to be received.
