Response rate bug took my PRO status

Hi,
I knew this would happen and I contacted DesignHill beforehand. I had 80% response rate and everything else was perfect.
I haven't been able to participate in contests during the last 2 months because I was reeling from the loss of a family member, but I did login and did the rest of the things required.
Suddenly, my response rate dropped to 75% and my PRO status has been revoked.
I haven't received ANY notification that a client commented, and we all know that there's a bug (there are other threads opened by other people)
Now, is it fair to revoke my PRO status on that basis? Please reconsider your decision.
Thanks,
Andrei

I checked & saw that your Pro status was given back to you. It's a new system & we are constantly improving. And, at the same time, we understand that designers are going to take some time to adapt to the system hence we have made exceptions for a lot of designers. Please Know that every designer is a crucial part of the community & as much as you want to be a Pro designer, we wanna take you above that level.
Thank you for being a part of the community & supporting us.
Wish you all the best!
Cheers,
Rashmi

Designhill: I think this response rate is unnecessary.

I just lost my pro designer status.
I had a severe stroke last year and you know it. I fought for my life for 2 months, and my recovery will take a long time. If you need my medical documentation I will be happy to send it to you! Imagine, at the time, I couldn’t like and comment on other designers ’designs and I couldn’t add new designs to my portfolio. Imagine how great my sin is !!!
Thank you for understanding my illness! Thank you for understanding that the earthquake hit my home 2 times! Thank you for everything!! I also wish you a happy 2021 !

Same happens to me, but I lost PRO because I has only calculated 32 designs with QSA 4.3, which is great score. Also, I wrote two times to Support because I noticed that on 3 or 4 competition that I entered and get on almost 10 design 4 or 5 stars , only 3-4 designs was calculated. Two of them I won, also. All other requirements I fulfilled. They told me that only 5 entries count in QSA score and here they say that every rated design is counted.
Due to bag and their omission, I lost my PRO status. I've been here on the platform for almost 4 years, I try to teach as high-quality designs as possible that are not generic, I always get high rated (of course, when the contest holders are rated designers- and often is happens that contest holders do not want to rate any design). We are in fact conditioned by this three-month deadline to spam the contests and we hope that the contest holders will be in a good mood to rate us.
I think that many quality designers have lost their status in this way, and that in the end, only designers who teach generic and low-quality designs and work on quality rather than quantity will remain on the platform. Good design requires time and detailed preparation.
It is not clear to me how it cannot be organized differently(the QSA is totaly bad decission organized on this way) . On similar huge design platforms, where you will not see generic designs, or even very rarely and designers are not forced to work on quantity but to focus on quality.
