DH team when you change your system?

please change the system from Designhill.com:
- Banned members who always use generic designs (without exception)
- It looks like the DH team has to re-examine the designers who deserve to be a PRO designer
- the handover time is too long (other contest sites only 3 days)
- Automatically releases prizes if the contest holder has no response
- fast payment system (after the handover is still waiting 3 days, and the transfer to paypal is still waiting 3 days) can it not be accelerated? this is 2019, where the transfer of money to the whole world only takes 1 minute
- Contests held guaranted need to be limited, if the contest holder does not choose a winner, prizes are shared with contestants (such as other contest sites for only 3 months) but not for DH, prize distribution waits for 2 years LOL
Hopefully this suggestion will be heard by Team DH, and followed up, for DH's progress, if like this DH will not be able to compete with other contest sites

I agree with this.
I have a suggestion to be more strict in screening new designers. It aims to get a good designer later.
Reselect all PRO DESIGNER manually and see their winning work, not personal design results. Pro designers will produce stable and consistent work. The pro designer label applies if a designer already has winning works 3-5 times, of course with strict considerations. I don't agree if a Pro is judged by his good personal design.

Totally agree.
The long withdrawal of money will stress the designer (at least). Added 1 advantage for Pro designer for money withdrawal. Faster and simpler.
For example, a Pro only takes 2 days to withdraw money without much waiting. An ordinary designer takes 4 days without waiting.

I agree with mostly point, but when DH blocked any designer then that designer create another account with different email and enter in contest and now there is no restriction to enter in pro contest and all new designer can submit in pro contest . DH should verify account using personal id like other website do ,
