The handover message chat closes once the contest is over. In my opinion the chat bar can be kept open, in case the client has some queries about the deliverables. There is no other way for the client to communicate with the designer after the contest is closed, be it a small query, the client is forced to use the "Hire Designer" tab. Attached is the snapshot of a client testimonial with a question. It would be great if the message chat is kept open. Thanks.
