i had a request about earned point on 200 contest participation thats because

i earned points at the first 200 contest ONLY in july 19,2023

i asked about if i gain points on every 200 contest participation or only the first 200 contests , because i had 1000 contest participation and no points

and After 1 Year from joining Designhill something strange appeared in my account ,

my account seem to be start count DH points from begining <from 0> the top bar

and My DH point - lower bar - not increase and its freeze except when i win a contest , 250 points added But rating points not counted in the lower Bar

so i should passed more DH Levels But its not happened

I Contact Support Team and they answerd me thats an automated system They had no access on it

Can Anyone Help Me
